Jazz spent much of his life as a dude ranch horse, but at the age of 20 an eye injury and the pain caused by it took him off the roster of trail riding horses.  This is when Godspeed Horse Hostel stepped in.  Godspeed set their veterinarian to work removing Jazz's damaged eye to relieve the pain and help Jazz start his way towards a full recovery.

Within days of Jazz's stitches being removed Godspeed Horse Hostel had arranged for him to be transported to a new home.  Today Jazz maybe one eyed, but he is feeling good as new and is enjoying being back under the saddle.  His new home,a theraputic riding program in the Finger Lakes Region, is a great fit for him.
